I thought this film is definitely over-hated. It is not the worst film ever made and not every aspect of this film is awful. It does not ruin Indiana Jones and I would say it even adds a couple of interesting elements to the series that I did appreciate. However, it is still my least favourite Indiana Jones film and I was disappointed that they did not keep it consistent with the rest of the series I am happy that this was not the final note for the franchise. Still, I feel that this can be considered part of the franchise and doesn’t need to be wiped from the face of the earth.
I thought this was a fantastic episode and it was very intriguing with many plot points and elements that I am curious about where they will go. The questions about Danny’s father and his connections to Yitzhak and Jack are still wide open. Where are Yitzhak and Ariana? Every answer has a new question that it asks and I have no idea where the story will go but I am waiting to find out. This is exactly what I want from a thriller to build suspense and to make me think of possibilities!
This was easily the best episode of the season so far. With multiple things revealed and set up, it feels like the show has wrapped up one chapter of the story but we have so much more to delve into!
Overall, I thought this was a pretty important episode that allowed better character exploration of Danny as well as Yitzhak and Ariana who will be important for the crime that started this whole thing off. While I thought this episode was important I did find it slower than the first and not as interesting as the first which left me disappointed though I hope it starts to build the intrigue once more.
I thought this was a pretty good opening episode with lots of questions that spark curiosity about how they will be resolved in the following episodes.
I have loved Mando and Grogu’s adventures since the very first episode of season 1. The Mandalorian has been my favourite of the Star Wars shows and one of the most consistently great shows on Disney+. While Star Wars would come in third among my favourite franchises it is still one of my favourites and I care deeply about the story and galaxy created by George Lucas all those years ago. Having said that, after taking some time to reflect on this season I have many thoughts both positive and negative.
I feel this game is amazing for Star Wars fans as it captures so much of what people love about the franchise and it allows you to step into the shoes of a Jedi for the first time in decades. This was a really fun game that I am glad I played and it makes me quite excited for Jedi: Survivor!
Glass Onion is a well-paced and engaging mystery. With a good mix of both tension and comedy, this film utilizes its star-studded cast quite effectively. Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc proves to be an interesting protagonist to follow and overall I really enjoyed this film. Definitely recommend.
Avatar the Way of Water is the sequel to the hit film from 2009. I thought this film improved on the first in every way. The return to Pandora was a huge success with some fantastic characters both new and old as well as a story with a grand scope and some thrilling action scenes this is a spectacle to behold. With the best visual effects, I have ever seen this is a must-see on the big screen.
The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special is a super fun and entertaining film right in time for the holidays. With tons of laughs and heart, this is a Christmas special worth adding to your Christmas movie list.
