Tall Girl 2 is a sequel to Netflix’s hit film that we overall did not enjoy. With annoying characters and a bland plot this is not a film we will remember fondly.
The Royal Treatment is a film that we thought was bland and predictable. Besides a few fun and charming characters, there’s not much new in this film to make it worth checking out.
Hotel Transylvania Transformania, is a film that we all quite enjoyed. We thought that the characters were as memorable and entertaining as ever keeping us engaged and laughing throughout even with a relatively simple plot.
The Starling is a drama revolving around a couple who lost their young daughter and how they react. As reviewers we did all think though the pacing and execution was a bit slow and rough at times but the characters and the emotional moments worked for the most part.
Cinderella is a new take on the classic tale with many changes to the story. Our thoughts are that while some of it was well executed and necessary the film didn’t have enough right elements to make this film great and memorable.
Monsters Inc. is one of my favourite films from my childhood and one of my favourite films period. With a unique premise, interesting characters and some amazing animation.
It had a weak and boring beginning, by the back half picks up with some fun character moments, references, good messages, and even some comedy. If you can separate yourself from all the Aladdin vibes, then this will be a good watch.
Bad Boys is a solid movie with some great characters. It lacks a stellar plot, and feels forced at times. The length is a bit much, and a more refined movie would have been a lot more entertaining.
